   - A copy of the decedent's will, if one exists.
   - A copy of the death certificate, if one has been issued.

2. Due to the statutory requirements regarding the admissibility of wills in Florida, we cannot provide a fee quote without first reviewing
the decedent's will. If you do not have the original will or cannot obtain a copy, we will require the following:

-If a probate administration has already been done, we will need the name of the state and county where the probate took place.
-If a probate administration has not been filed, we will need to review a copy of the original will. If you are not in possession
of the original will or cannot obtain a copy, please have the person(s) responsible for it contact us directly, either by phone,

   - The original will, if it exists, or a certified copy of it.

SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION or FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD:

If the estate qualifies for a summary probate administration or petition to admit foreign will to record, we generally quote a flat fee that will include attorney's fees and court costs. In this way, you'll know the total cost for your case at the outset.

FORMAL ADMINISTRATION:

In the case of a formal probate administration, we will give you an estimate of total fees, based on our then-current hourly rates. Presently we charge $180/hour for the attorney and $85/hour for legal assistants or paralegals. Any costs, including filing fees, recording fees, phone charge, postage, long distance, etc., are estimated and billed separately.

Because estimates are based on our previous experience and information that you provide, it is only a rough estimate and the actual fees may be higher or lower as new information or circumstances come to light during the administration.

If you'd like to speak with someone regarding your specific circumstances, you can call toll free, 866-465-8046, or within Citrus County, 726-5444. Or you can e-mail, inquiry@myfloridaprobate.com.
